Just wanted to write and let all know that since January 1st, I am down 27 inches and 12 lbs.
The sick thing is that I had an extra 27 to lose!! And I still have more to lose.
However, I get to throw all my 'fatter' clothes to Goodwill, and I get to start wearing some of my more normal clothes.
Since this last time I did lose the 5 inches that I wanted, not the 5 lbs..I still get to reward myself; so I will be downloading some more songs that I want and i will let you all know.
My next one again is 5lbs or 5 inches..and my reward is those workout shoes that you see on TV. I know sketchers has some, Kohls carries them. I will have to do some research and see which ones will work better.
Also, since I am certified in personal training (and have been teaching classes and have some clients) i think that I am also going to get certified as a sports nutritionist. It will be a bit but those who know what PB stands for in the church, it says that I will be proficient in the culinary arts. That cannot just mean the cakes/cookies/pies etc.. that I make; it can also go to more of the healthy cooking that will benefit my family as well as myself.

SON OF A B..
I measured today and am down another 4 inches and 2 lbs..Not so bad considering that it has only been two weeks since my last measurement/weight. I do wish that it would come off faster..wishes, wishes, wishes
So now I have still 1 inch to go or 3 lbs until my next download of music. And I want so bad to have different music to workout..my 500 songs as of now just doesn't cut it:)
I do really enjoy the teaching the ladies at the church. I do two weight/strenth training classes a week(paid in blessings) and that forces me to do the exercises also. As well as a couple of PT clients that I have picked up..
