MY FIRST GOAL!!! DONE!

OKAY---So I lost 11 lbs and down 15 inches (main loss was the hip area:)) This is taken right after the shower so I still look scary..BUT it is starting to come off. I am so stinkin excited.

My songs that I picked were:
Lady Gaga --Paparazzi; Pink--Funhouse;
Cobra Starship--Hot Mess; Black Eyed Peas--Meet me Halfway;
Uncle Kracker--Smile; Beyonce--Single Ladies;

Now that I have my first goal out of the way, my next goal is 5lbs/5inches..I know smaller but it is a little harder with phase 2 on south beach but I can keep going now...

My next reward is another 5-10 songs..Weird I know, but most of the songs that I need to work out to need to be found in the non-explicit category...I know, I know I can work out to different music..NO you can't you need music with a beat and that can get you going...

So ANYWAY..I will let you know in 2 weeks what happens!!

Holy .6!!

Just as another update I am .6 from my first goal of 10 lbs. I won't measure my inches until Monday.


I went to lunch with Chris, Lubs and Harper yesterday and we went to the Elephant Bar. It was good. I was starving and the Creme Brulee with the chocolate cookie crust and then lavender, saffron and candied ginger crystallized on top LOOKED so flippin good!


However, I had a burger with no bun (obviously) Chris and Caleb AND Harper had sweet potato fries and their lunch. Whatever...


I know that Weight Watchers mantra is Nothing tastes as Good as Thin Feels. I think that they are liars. I love looking better and feeling better, however those people have never had a dinner from Valentino's in Vegas, a room service grilled cheese and tomato basil soup from the Hyatt in San Fran or even the hot chocolate and almond cream beniets from the Grand in Disney..SOOOO I like saying..is it worth an extra (or 2, 3, 4) set of lunges? My answer is almost always HELL NO!

YEAH!!! THROW THESE ONES AWAY

So, as I was getting cleaned up the other night for bed...Haley likes to wash her face with me so we were doing that then i changed into my jammies. Well...while I was getting undressed...I COULD TAKE MY PANTS OFF WITHOUT UNBUTTONING THEM!! SO, they are now being washed and going to Goodwill..and I say Good Flippin Riddance

5 days with the southbeach and doing fine, am down 5.2 lbs so that is great, my energy level is much better, and I have actually learned to like horse hoofs OR gelatin, whatever way you want to look at it :)

We also found out that we are going to Hawaii in June. So if that is motivation not to look like a (insert favorite big animal here) then, nothing is!

3 DAYS

Just to keep up to date..I am 3 days into the South Beach. I really do like this one. It is so nice that it helps change your cravings etc..and the belly goes first :) However, not going to lie, I do go to sleep when I am craving something, it makes is easier.

I also thought I was going to go ahead and give up my Diet Cracks (Coke and Dr. Pepper). Then I thought about it again and decided.... NO. SO that one will be slowly after I drink what I have in the house, I won't buy anymore. How is that.!

I am torturing myself with the movies today with the kids..Alvin and the chipmunks..It is more of a torture to go to the movies with them then to sit in the theater with the smell of buttery popcorn and chopping mouths on candy!
