HERE WE GO

SO this one is for me. The blog anyway. Let me just set this up for ya! We have 4 children that I dearly love.. and we had our last lovely little baby girl on June 30 2009. All of my pregnancies are total crap! Yes, I said it CRAP. Throwing up constantly, the smells, the being tired, the pregnancy in of itself. This last one with Harper was especially hard for us. Between tears in the placenta, tumors in and on the placenta, constant cramping and ER visits, bed rest, NOT being able to work out it just was crap. And yes, it could have been much worse and there are women who have had worse..As for me this one was worse then the others..

SO I gained weight. I wasn't aloud to workout. Here is how the conversation with my doc went.

Doc K. So there is to be no working out for you

Me- none at all? Not even ball squats?

Doc K. No..you can't do anything that requires the engagement of your core or your pelvic/hip region.

Me--You're kidding..

Doc K. No

Okay so there was nothing that I can do. Before I got pregnant I was certified to personal train, and certified to teach spin, (which I dearly LOVE) lost all the weight from the last 4 pregnancies (we miscarried about 1 1/2 years before we had Harper). And loving the way I felt. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE feeling good about myself, love being healthy, and not going to lie love looking good for my husband and if 'Will Turner' happens to show up, him too (hehehe)

After I had Harper, I still wasn't able to work out until I was seen. I couldn't get seen for 7 weeks. So I was seen and then they set up time for the tubal to 'burn it, cauterized, cut it off' and also to check for the tumors. So they did the tubal and thanks to the priesthood, there was no signs of the tumors ANYWHERE! Yeah!! OHHHHHHHHHH..by the way you are not aloud to workout until 10/21/09. ARE YOU FOR FLIPPIN REAL? yes, again he was.

SO, why workout so close the holidays..Yeah, there's no reason to!

Here is the low down now. I went for a girls trip for my birthday to Disneyland w/my sis.




NOOO!! She is not straddling me. She is crossing her legs, she is just that thin. But to her credit, she was pregnant for 15 months (she lost one also) and after Taters was born worked her butt off for a year to look that good!

So you can tell me that the camera added 10 lbs (or 20, 30, 40 etc..)That I just had a baby. (and I can't use it after the first year anyway) or that technically, I have been only able to work out for 3 months because of all the problems. I know that, I would say that to other women. I AM NOT OTHER WOMEN.. I AM ME!

SO my goals/rewards are as follows:

1. Lose my first 10 or go down a size, and I am going to treat myself to a 10 downloads of the songs that I want. I'll let you know what they are and then I will post an updated pic of myself.


Occasionally, I will update this with thoughts/frustrations whatever.
